In this scenario, this report attempts to analyze some of the major areas of new technology based system specification for Contract Landscapes and Tina’s Garden Care. 2- Main activities that the business undertakes In this section I will present some of the major activities that Contract Landscapes and Tina’s Garden Care undertakes. This section presents some of the major activities those will be performed to manage the business in a right way. 2.1- Tina’s Garden Care Tina’s Garden Care businessis operating and functioning in following major business activities: Tina’s Garden Care (TGC) undertakes garden maintenance mainly for domestic property owners Provides ongoing work to the business Planning the movement and schedule of jobs for the crews Larger clean-up and one-off jobs Management and administration Accounts management 2.2- Contract Landscapes (CL) Contract Landscapes (CL) business undertakes following major activities: Contract Landscapes(CL) undertakes landscaping construction and maintenance for mainly local councils, businesses, and government agencies. Tender (bidding)management Business relation management Estimation projects 3- Crucial decisions in business In this section I will outline some of the major business areas those will be considered for major decision making. Here I will outline those areas those will be undertaken for better corporate decision making. Contract Landscapes and Tina’s Garden Care areas requiring crucial decision making the below given major areas: One of major area where crucial decision making is need is planning the movement and schedule of jobs for the crews. In this scenario, the business staff needs to formulate comprehensive decisions regarding planning of daily jobs and tasks. For the sake of larger clean-up and one-off jobs the businesses need to make crucial decisions to decide where we start work and make procedures for the larger projects.
