In recent times globalization and competition is increasing across the industry. With the increasing number of companies in every sector, it is becoming much easier for the customer to choose the best possible product or service from a wide range of available alternatives. Change management is very important in the modern era now. There are 3 aspects associated with the change namely culture, people, and process (Anderson and Anderson, 2011).In any organization, the change generally starts with the process areas (Anderson and Anderson, 2011). After identifying the necessary changes in the process domain, organizations select peoples who will be given specific tasks associated with the process change management. Change management can be defined as a systematic process that is associated with any kind of alteration of changes related to both organizational perspective and people linked with the organization (Anderson and Anderson, 2011).

From any organizational perspective, change management can be defined as implementing various processes and technologies, which is associated with any kind of changes taking place in organizations, in order to boost profitability and also to deal with any kind of alteration in the business environment (Csaszar, 2013).
