Every practice implored in the recruitment process requires time, for example, the time scheduled for recruiting employees within an organization. For the recruitment process to take place, capital is necessary such as money needed for advertising job opportunities offered by the organization. A lot of capital is essential for paying the new employees; therefore, one should consider the cost incurred to make the company successful without running on debts.

Quantity concern is what is of great concern while recruiting employees. The company must consider the number of employees needed without exceeding or reducing it. Considering the number of employees enables the employer to offer balanced responsibilities for all the employers without overworking a certain group or an individual. The measure of quality is a vital issue to every employer. The performance of every company depends on its quality of employees and its products including the services.
