Chapter I---- Introduction

Over the last two decades, the world has been subjected to many multinational and global companies working on a worldwide basis. It has become a common phenomenon that some big leading companies are expanding their products in many countries and becoming huge both in size and diversity. It is found that to expand and operate in a foreign country; the organization must be familiar with the demographics and psychographic factors of the foreign target audience. When the company tried to expand their business beyond the boundaries of their business, they need to redefine their cultural aspects associated with the business practices in order to fit into the host country.

When choosing an international marketing strategy, one of the factors that should be considered on a serious basis is the cultural difference between the countries because culture is a significant factor in influencing the consumer market and their buying behavior. Especially nowadays, with the increasingly globalized

Economy, and increasingly blending culture, multinational companies should pay even more attention to analyzing the cultural environment, identifying the differences between values, and also establishing the strategy of cross-marketing accordingly.

The main barrier that emerged in front of the strategy in adopting a multicultural approach to the business is the communication gap between the different cultural staff.
