Solutions to the Problems Finding affordable manufacturing inputs may be sometimes challenging. As No Forecast apparel is a unique product in the market, it may require a specific technology that is accompanied by expensive inputs. Sample products help in familiarizing the products with the consumers. There is also the importance of an aggressive advertisement. The advertisement should be affordable and should cover a wide geographical area. Channels of advertisement have to reach as many people as possible. For instance, the company may resolve to use the internet to sell its products. The product has to be of higher standard and consumer friendly. During the companies AGM, all those who attained their targets and turned out as more productive, receive awards while others, promotion. The process acts as a source of motivation. It helps maintain employees at all times. On the other hand, those who underperformed with a lot of loses receive punishments and penalties depending on an individual extent of underperformance. The marketing department advertises the product through the media across to billboards and posters. Identifying target market and reaching out to them for any suggestion concerning the product. Creating a good relation with the community by practicing CSR like planting trees, builds trust and good relationship with the firm, government, and community. As a priority, the consumers’ complaints become mandatory (Lewis 114). The production department higher qualified personnel, to produce quality and durable product in bulk to reduce the cost of production. In the same case, the company needs cheap and affordable raw materials for production. In return, the product becomes cheap and accessible to the consumers. At the end of it all, the total number of sales increases with an ambiguous amount of profits earned. The customers trust in the product also builds up stabilizing the number of sales (Lewis 89). Dealing with competitors needs working an extra mile to win over the consumers’ loyalty. The marketing department checks out for new business trends and technology, of which they become the first to embrace. Sometimes, however, small the profit might be, the company needs to lower the cost of the product to a price lower than that of its competitors’. Most of the consumers will stop using their competitors’ products in favor of their product. With all these recommendation taken into account, no more problems again. Work Cited Lewis, Judith A.
