Introduction Highly gifted and endowed are the striking quotations that accompany one Garcilaso de –la-Vega. Heanchors most of his articles on the historical background of the Incas people, borrowing a variety of legends to constellate his work of literacy. The main purpose of reading from his work is to get a comprehensive and detailed account on early Peru and the Incas group. Notably, Garcilaso is driving a lot of issues home but most important he attempts to relate the culture of the Incas and theological founding basis.

The author spirigates his assumptions around various legends given and some tales that have seen them being transfused from generation to generation. For instance, he relates that the Incas culture was pitted on metrological believes such as “The sun” being revered to as the sole creator and mother of existence, Evidently, the author puts out his views quite openly; by the manner he accounts for the Incas and Peru history in a chronological sequence and showing that he appreciates the diversity and richness posed by the whole fabric of Peru history.
