The problem exists with the society that in major number of the cases become judgmental in terms of treating special people who are famous for being extremely sensitive towards impolite behaviors (Keil, Miller, & Cobb, 2006). The organizations and society as a whole should unleash the talents of special people via letting them express their emotions, feelings and thoughts in a supportive and conducive environment (Burkhauser, Schmeiser, & Weathers, 2012). Additionally, the companies are required to modify their work environment in order to accommodate people with disabilities within the organizations (Hernandez, McDonald, Divilbiss, Horin, Velcoff, & Donoso, 2008).

Furthermore, it is very important to note that special people are very emotionally active and therefore, they can pick emotional clues from others and any negative behavior and attitude can disrupt their self image and confidence. The managers are strongly recommended to use soft management style while, managing the special workers. Q.1 Historically, the disable individuals were considered a burden on the community and because of this reason; they were admitted in foster homes and hospitals where they become subjected to brutal discipline.

The management of these facilities was also of the view that special children are useless and they do not have any possibilities of growth and development. The abovementioned mindset went through significant changes when the organizational world moved out of command and control system and the value of human factor was identified. The ruthless behaviors towards disables was a reality in the past because at that time the individual’s capacity of completing physical tasks was considered the ultimate measure of societal participation (Corbiere, et al., 2010). The above statement was true in the past but now the concept of mental labor is well integrated and incorporated in the societies and therefore, the disabled persons’ intellectual ability and power is being consistently recognized in all walks of life.

The most obvious professional choices include the valuable fields of music, creative writing and even leading strategic managers in the field of business are known to experience major level of trauma in their lives. The important thing that a disable person has in abundance is an active imagination that is always finding a way out of crippled body. The globalization and information technology has set a premium on knowledge creation and mental works and as a response to the changing paradigm the world is becoming aware of disable’s ability to shake the world politely and genteelly.

Additionally, most of the disables have been famous for their introvert personalities and that helps them in getting involved with their world with utter focus. The ability to utterly focus on the task gives them the tendency to accomplish even the socially perceived impossibilities. The case of Steven Hawking should be treated as a role model for disables all around the world. Q.2 The major critical issues that are facing disables are majorly stemming out of the judgmental behavior of peers and close social circle.

The educational institutions are strongly recommended to pay close attention in the direction of fostering self confidence in special children (Gronvik, 2009). The teachers and mentors have been blessed with the opportunities to train probably the best minds
