Canada is one of the countries whose rate of immigrants settlement has been on the rise this is as a result of the fact that the government has set up favorable terms that are luring people from different walks of life to settle in the country. However, as early as the 1600s, the country has been receiving migrants from other nations ranging from the British, French, and now from other developing nations. This is so much so that by the year 2011, according to the census done, there were about 6.8 million foreign-born residents in Canada. Their huge numbers have benefitted the country significantly both socially and economically ( Edmonston,2016).

Research Questions

The research aims at investigating the following questions

  1. What is the source of income of the immigrants?
  2. With the increasing numbers of immigrants in the country, will the education system Canada be able to manage and sustain its competitiveness across the globe when globalization increases?
  3. Have all the immigrants, both men, and women as well as the children been fully integrated into the Canadian system?
  4. How have the social institutions in Canada responded to the increasing numbers of immigrants?

Hypothesis

  1. Several laws have been put in place to allow for easy entry of immigrants in Canada in such laws includes allowing temporary immigrants in the country.
  2. The integration of immigrants in Canada is a process that may take much longer than expected.
  3. The majority of immigrants are educated and however depend on employment in the manufacturing industries or white-collar jobs as the sources of their income.

Methodology

The search will include the identification of the relevant sources to the research.  The leading peer-reviewed journals in different academic disciplines such as Canadian studies, economics, sociology, and Migration studies will be searched. In addition, to answer the above question in my study, the research will analyze the authoritative information from the recent researches from selected few peers –reviewed articles as well as the recent census data on family arrangements, language, ethnicity, employment as well as Religion.

Third Party Rights Over Property

The amount of vested interest in the property owned by Kevin will depend on whether or not he and Helen had formed a partnership prior to buying the property, how long him and Helen had been living together in the first floor flat and what rights either of these situations (business partnership or de-facto relationship) might have on the ownership of the building.... The actual amount of impact Kevin would have on the sale of the building would depend on any agreement made between him and Helen, whether Kevin has any rights under de-facto law (which would be virtually nil in Britain as de-facto couples do not share the same rights as married couples) and whether or not Kevin is listed on the land title as co-owner....
