The online site is pretty easy to use as long as one has good internet connection one simply opens up chat room or logs into their account or creates one in order to access the discussion forums and type in contribution.They do not provide any resources but only provides a platform for people with similar anxiety or social problems to meet online, share their experiences with each other and support each other as it is a self-help group.The interactions are both peer to peer and participant to facilitator both in the chat rooms and in the forums.

The interaction in chat rooms may also be voice chat or through typing similar to the forums.The support group handles support for so many different people with different mental health problems, anxiety problems, and social problems and hence makes it hard to find people with similar problems to share.
