The rate of interaction between business owners and clients has been tremendously improved. In particular, social media has played a major role in e-marketing through the provision of important information to prospective customers. Business owners have been able to interact with a larger population within a short period of time. Responses are obtained instantly concerning the products and appropriate action is applied to ensure that the goods offered to meet the required expectations of the customers. UAE has been part and parcel of the e-business and e-marketing revolution. The region has embraced the use of the internet to create awareness among the probable buyers of the products.

CHAPTER ONE: INTRODUCTION
1.1 INTRODUCTION (BACKGROUND INFORMATION)
Nowadays, Internet has caused a revolution in the way of interaction between business owners and potential customers. Recently, along with print handouts and relying on traditional advertising, there are new social media that can help the businesses to market their products at a high level like tweeting about your product on Twitter. Internet marketing can include marketing in social media, marketing specialists, and electronic commerce. Social media has become a critical aspect of e-marketing these days. It is considered a powerful tool for companies to attract the attention of potential customers and provide them with valuable information. With the help of social media, one can enhance reliability and create a strong image and reputation. To approve that, a study conducted by Solutions Invkoe (a U.S. company) and accordingly, 41% of people rely on the information available on Facebook.

The biggest advantage of social media marketing is that businesses can attract more customers within a short period of time. In addition, they can modify the product according to the preferences of the target audience. The cost of implementing these strategies is less compared to traditional marketing methods. On the other hand, e-marketing allows organizations to analyze their progress or the effectiveness of a particular campaign. It also provides them with information about how to respond to visitors of their website or use their products. For example, if you launched a commercial on TV, you need to conduct a survey to determine the public reaction to it. However, in the case of e-marketing, you can avoid the survey by gathering your website visitors' opinions and feedback and still continue to get honest answers.

Initiating communication and business deals has been one of the tremendous advantages of social media marketing. Social media marketing is being appreciated in the UAE slowly by slowly. More business is being conducted through social media. Companies in UAE can advertise to the rest of the world without incurring transportation costs. Social media has resulted in a reduction in the cost of advertising since social media has grown into a strategic avenue of advertising. In my opinion, if government institutions in UAE start to use social media as a new channel and strategy in marketing, they will be able to spread awareness, reach more potential customers, and will be successfully able to enhance their business functions.

Seeing that the number of online social networking users in the UAE is increasing rapidly, it appears that organizations in the UAE have a great tendency towards recognizing the potential of using social media as a tool to implement their marketing strategies.
