At first, health care providers seek to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge, which is applicable in the area of nursing. Such questions include “why” some methods and processes are in existences and not others. This creates foundation for the improvement of the research process in order to achieve the anticipated results of the research work. There is also partnership development at work with professional leaders. Such ensures that it is easier to disseminate and diffuse information on the best practice for the nursing.
