The clear signs that a company has achieved a high performance culture is that it is producing at the lowest cost possible and has the optimum quality and has a performance based culture where the employees tend to align the company's goals with their owns and hence help the company achieve. The workers in a high performance culture are empowered individuals who are expected to multi task and be the best at every thing they do and this the company does by providing them with skills, incentives and decision making to improve quality of the product and also to be innovative, coupled with this these individuals should respond to change with the utmost of urgency.
The high performance work systems at the SAB are the most efficient because they invest highly in people and it is a people oriented company, their rigorous training programs develop the skills in chosen individuals to perform under extreme pressure and also provides them with the incentive to change according to the changing landscape. . oals and targets for the future because every individual is empowered and trained every one wants to contribute and progress and this makes the company progress also with its employees.
