In accordance to inducement of patient-centred treatment in care deliverance environment, I also take assumptions that significantly associated with taking appropriate treatment process. Moreover, I have also assumed to adopt physical and spiritual treatment, which significantly ensures better development in the human health (Kvale, Selecky & Prakash, 2007). Besides, my nursing practices were highly influenced by the different discourses. Often, confrontation between the two discourses affected my clinical practices in Liberal Humanis and Scientific Medical Discourses, which resulted in contradictions and situations of dilemma. Liberal Humanis Discourse was based my own perceptions of consideration of intimacy, while the Scientific Medical Discourse was attributed to my impersonal approach of institutionalized care. The collision resulted to a situation of distress, as during the initial period of my practices, I would become vulnerable with the health conditions of patients. In order to develop an effective treatment process to face similar events in future, I being a professional palliative caregiver decided to take few discourses, for the successful development and implementation of the treatment process. Evidently, the assumption is that I will provide the emotional and social supports to the patients and make to develop friendly environment. In the clinical practice, with experience and consultation support of other medical professionals, I was able to enhance my understanding of related medical discourses and ensure superior patient care (Grant, Giddings & Beale, 2005).

The adoption of these two aforementioned discourses before commencing the treatment process is noted to be one of the most significant impacts that contributed to making a decision of health condition of the patients. Moreover, the adoption of discourse within the treatment process is considered to be one of the most significant impacts that influence the entire process systematically and eliminate complexities from the process. This adopted discourses help to support the entire process and eliminate the distress events and supports to manage the work systematic manner (Greer et al., 2012).

Phase IV: Implications for Nursing Practice

In the clinical practice, while supporting the patients suffering from lungs cancer, I certainly been little confused with their behaviour with me. The discourses that I selected for treating the patient, which is quite important for encouraging to induce proper treatment initiative. I adopt the spiritual treatment process comprising with the emotional as well as social assistance that significantly influences their quality health outcome (Meier, Morrison & Cassel, 1997).

Initially, I develop a proper infrastructure that should be effective in treating patients with better clinical as well as palliative care services. By taking the assistance of the better and developed equipment regarding palliative care to the patients, suffering life-limiting disease has been proved to be quite effective in improving the quality of life. In addition, for making patients more independent and lead their life with dignity, I by taking the assistance of the hospice services ensure proper hospice services. Delivering foster services to the patients suffering from lungs cancer related disease. Palliative care with the help of fostering services played an important role in improving their life style as well as initiatives in leading their rest of life in an appropriate manner (Meier et al., 1997).

Being a professional nurse with the year of experience and support, I gained huge knowledge regarding the process of providing superior palliative cares and implement the same in the practice. As I responsible for treating patients suffering from lungs cancer, I able to improve my knowledge as well as skills in treating patients suffering from life emending disease. In the clinical practice, I gained knowledge how to manage several patients who are suffering from life ending health disorder and make independently (Puchalski et al., 2009).

Conclusions

Based on the discussion, it can be affirmed that palliative care is quite helpful in treating people suffering from life ending diereses. While I was bestowed with the responsibilities of delivering palliative care to the patients suffering from life ending diseases, I faced few problems that create situation of struggle in the way of the treatment process. Being a palliative caregiver, I am responsible for providing social as well as emotional supports to most of clients and patients and deal with the disease. During my initial stage as a professional palliative caregiver, I face difficulty in assisting the patient suffering from lungs cancer and seeking for long-term support. Besides, year of experience helped me enhancing the care practice and ensure superior care to the patients. Nevertheless, application of proper measures to ensure superior quality of care to the patient with the approach of consultation along with proper medicine management ensure to the deliverance of proper care.
