The paper 'Impact of Affordable Care Act on Healthcare Insurance Benefits in Georgia School Districts" is a great example of a medical sciences case study. European Medical Universalism has been an approach that has been adopted by the European Countries in the implementation of their medical strategies and interventions. Unlike the European counterparts, the United States of America has adopted an approach commonly referred to as the social model. In this model, it works in such a way in which the people are not made to suffer from poverty, but rather they can have access to medical services and enjoy them regardless.

However, the European Universal model which is being used in countries such as Spain has been necessitated by a number of factors, especially as a result of the strained economic muscle which has been brought about by a number of factors such as the Economic crisis and a similar situation that faced the European countries best reflected by countries such as Greece. This strategy has greatly been sold to the citizens of the European countries as a nice concocted form of being used as a means to save cash for health care.

Under such pretext, the respective governments of the European countries have developed legislation that they have imposed upon their people making it mandatory for them to conform to the requirements of these legislations. Such approaches, however, have been found to even do more harm to the people than good in such a way that they spend most of their resources, investing in quality health care which they sarcastically cannot be able to access at the end of the day. Using this Universalism approach to the administration of health care services has been found to instead undermine the quality of the heal care that the people receive at the end of the day.

On top of that this approach generally trashes the basic founding principles of health care, such as the consideration and respect for the rights of the basic people (Letwin, 1988).Initially, the legislation in place was meant to ensure that the financing of health care was a collective initiative adequately covered by the finances sourced from taxes and other financial institutions. However, this could not hold for long, especially with the introduction of the Universalism approach to health care.

The shift from this system gradually is what drove the European Nations towards the adoption of Universalism.
