However, creativity remains the vital element for the success of these two companies.This work recommended that every company must ensure good relationship with the employees since they are fundamental in making the business objectives become a reality. In addition, this work obligates the employers to exercise responsible leadership and management of the surrounding environment to make them achieve the best from it. This means that the immediate community in which the business operates must have a positive relationship with the business.
