They have penetrated the recreation centers and as well as the bars, pubs, and the streets, (Coleman, Wright & Firth, 2012). Big advertising companies have taken the initiative to hit the road and meet the consumer at their workplace, follow them to the streets and still meet them in the comforts of their homes. There has been a great increase in sales volumes from the year 2007 to the year 2011 showing a positive increase of 7 percent in the market response. These consumer able goods have been given other items that match the suit of entertainment.

There has also been a bigger growth percentage in demand for these gadgets. Currently, the world is turning digital. The quest for information technology has recently sky-rocketed and have made manufacturing companies of personal computers a bee-hive of activities, (Mintel, 2006).Let’s now focus on the many students that are doing online courses.
They dearly need this equipment’s that can multi-task, offer them the speed to meet the deadlines and also when they have some time to spare they can turn this personal computer as a form of listening to music, watch videos and as well used as an asset in their classwork.Research shows that many organizations have a high demand of personnel that are computer compliant. This is from the call centers, advertising companies and also the media world. Everyone is grabbing this important gadget in their handbags and using it to transform their lives, (Coleman, Wright & Firth, 2012).
The Information technology specialist has now a reason to smile as this is one of the careers that are in high demand worldwide. This has greatly improved the integration of skills development in the workplace and has been well embraced at national and sectorial development levels. It has helped build seamless pathways of education that connect basic education, labor market entry, vocational training and lifelong learning, (Mintel, 2006). This has also been of great importance to reach out to those who are disadvantaged in the world, by extending access to the vital education and training that are important for personal and career growth.
It is believed that connecting skills development to the broader growth levels where employment is concerned, requires all the stakeholders including the government to work hand in hand with the social partners to build policy coherence, (Coleman, Wright & Firth, 2012). Today’s labor market plus the new technology, investment, small and medium enterprises, trade and any other factor that will bring future employment growth is the main focus in today's running governments. These calls for high premium and a very strong social dialogue, that will effectively coordinate the ministries, improve communication among the training providers and the potential employers.
A good example is the labor market that respects human rights, good labor relations, effective social protection, health and safety standards, gender equality and social dialogue. If all this are adhered to, there will be a powerful catalyst that will enable the achievement of the universal goal of having a decent workplace for all. These policies have to portray speed, trust and simplicity.
