Healthcare Marketing Analysis Business organizations engage in rigorous marketing strategies that ensure that their products are well promoted to serve the best interests of the consumers of their products. Similar to business organizations, healthcare organizations seek the best promotion strategies for their products to make sure that customers get to know the services offered in those facilities and avoid confusion and misunderstanding from the customers. This paper will explore the marketing analysis of the healthcare organizations, with a keen interest on the London Medical Diabetic Health Clinic. The paper will explore the entire health organization to establish the market analysis strategies employed there. Healthcare Marketing Analysis Healthcare organizations seek the best promotion strategies for their products; this guarantees that consumers know the services offered to avoid confusion and misunderstanding from the customers (Acton, 2011). The London medical Diabetic Health Clinic facilitates patients to manage their diabetic conditions by treating them and giving the patients the essential support so that patients lead positive lives, which are fulfilling. This organization concentrates on education to patients and staff to ensure that they obtain up-to-date information, especially with regard to their diabetic conditions (Leathard, 2000). For instance, this organization offers a course on carbohydrate counting and insulin dose called the London Diabetes Carbohydrate Counting and Insulin Dose Adjusting Course for professionals and patients (Acton, 2011). This course ensures that the medical personnel determine the accurate amount of insulin, which is required by patients for their daily doses. Further, this organization shifts some of its focus on the delicate body organs, which can be affected adversely by diabetes. The working policy for the hospital is that patients who do not have many health problems are better than those with many problems as the former do not call for intensive medical attention; thus, they do not strain the available medical resources (Leathard, 2000). As mentioned earlier in the text, London Medical Diabetic Health Clinic provides a comprehensive approach to ensure that patients with diabetes live normal lives, which are fulfilling. The four Ps in this organization are well strategized to ensure that patients get the best products from the hospital. London Medical Diabetic Health Clinic offers the following products to diabetic patients. The initial product is a superior care for patients with diabetes through the utilization of glucose sensors and pumps. This ensures that patients get a standard check for their glucose levels with striking accuracy, which does not leave any room for error. The second product is the educational courses, which are offered to staffs and patients to provide them with current information and findings about diabetes (Acton, 2011). For instance, there are open days for education to the hospital fraternity, and courses that focus on stress reduction to both patients and staff. Further, there are courses like Continuous Glucose Monitoring Information and Advanced Carbohydrate Counting and Insulin Dose Adjusting. Further, there is a pharmacy within the site of the hospital, which has the entire medication and books that diabetic patients require. Furthermore, the hospital installed a facility of teleconsultation, which enables patients to access consulting services from professionals without having to go to London (Leathard, 2000). Other products include diabetes care on a regular basis, expertise on pediatric diabetes and assessment of risks for heart disease, as well as vascular checks. The prices for the services offered at this hospital are fair and affordable to patients from a wide range of economic backgrounds. The prices are also competitive, with reference to other medical facilities that are in the same locale as the London Medical Diabetic health Clinic. The consultation fees are as low as $450, and this can be adjusted depending on the patient. The affordable price attracts people from the entire walks of life (Acton, 2011). Further the location of this facility has everything to do with the success of this hospital. It is located at the heart of London city, making it easy to locate and access using the available means of transport. Any business that dreams of making a successful business in their enterprise should promote their products, in line with acceptable guidelines and procedures. The key strategy of promotion for this hospital is provision of top quality services, which leaves clients and patients satisfied. The satisfied customers carry the proper name and pass the news to their relatives and friends (Acton, 2011). People with experiences of this hospital refer other people to the facility to go and experience the healing and caring touch. Further, this hospital utilizes the internet blogs in the promotion of its products and services. The internet is reinforced by the media and bill boards strategically placed in the heart of London. The London Medical Diabetic Health Clinic partners with other organizations that provide health services such as ST Joseph Family Medical and Dental Center, and institutions of higher learning like universities (Leathard, 2000). The partnership with organizations that provide similar services provides a safe avenue for referral services in case the hospital is overwhelmed by the number of patients, or in case of specialized treatment, which cannot be offered in London Medical Diabetic Health Clinic (Acton, 2011). The London Medical Diabetic Health Clinic partnership with institutions of higher learning is essential; the institutions are key to medical research, which signifies the essence of discovering new ways of treating patients. It is imperative to note that diabetes is a medical condition associated with other ailments, which suggests that once a patient develops diabetic conditions, they become susceptible to contract other diseases. Therefore, this medical condition requires intensive and continuous care, which aims at updating the methods of treatment and approaches to support diabetic patients (Leathard, 2000). The London Medical Diabetic Health Clinic targets all the patients suffering from diabetes, as well as the medical conditions associated with diabetes. These patients come from many parts since the London Medical Diabetic Health Clinic targets people from diverse backgrounds.
