Therefore, they must negotiate and create room for innovation before their indigenous markets are over taken by the Asian drivers. The Asian countries have developed and produced more goods that will lead to them reaching the European Union very soon. This will lead to more exportation leading to excellent market growth to the Asian countries and in return a major economic growth. When this is achieved the local markets benefit because they will receive their locally produced goods at very low prices.

Aims of the Report This report is directed to the European Commissioner to help in the retaining of the European fame in the world market in various faculties mostly in the areas of science and technology. It will enable the Union to make sure that all the major sectors that are being challenged by the countries based in the east are addressed and with immediate effect before al the world markets are not gone. This will ensure the continuity of the European fame and maintain the high revenue allocation that is associated with the European Union members. . The first is that India and China have become very powerful in, terms of energy consumption and environmental polluters and the second is the major upgrade in science and technology sectors due to various innovations leading to them producing less sophisticated products that have led to decrease in the market for the European goods (Renard, 2009).

This has led to the Asian countries posing major market threats to the European Union. Energy Consumption, Pollution and Innovations The energy consumption in the European Union countries is very high therefore; they have to look for measures to improve on their energy usage which is nearly the same case as that for the Asian countries that are India and China (Seysenegg, 2008). This is one of the factors that leads to global warming in the world and should be inhibited before it destroys the atmosphere and most likely the ozone layer that protects the planet earth from the most dangerous rays of the sun.

Therefore, this is a factor that will contribute to the increase in the level of innovations in this sector. This is a major pollution to the environment leading to the worlds green house effect that is a very dangerous that will lead to collaboration in detecting the measures that will help in reduction of these dangerous effects of energy use. Therefore, the two Asian countries need to collaborate and search for measures that will help them in reducing the amount of green house gases (Eapen, 2012).

This will even lead to the improvement in the innovations in the technological sectors in the competing parties. The Asian countries have not yet developed to the level of some European Union member countries
