Paper Converter Ltd was established in 1988 after an merger amid the Dyson Paper and Jones Sales Agent Ltd. Dyson Paper was established in 1983, in Corby, United Kingdom with the inducement from the government of  Britain during the depression phase early on in 1980s. Mainly, Dyson Paper takes care of the management and production, whereas Jones Sales Agent Limited assumed the responsibility of marketing and sales, from two unconnected premises positioned 60miles apart.  Paper Converter’s central market was United Kingdom, Middle East and West Africa.

To enhance production capacity as well as reduce production cost, the firm went worldwide through setting up a factory in Zambia in a join undertaking partnership with a native Zambian firm. This benefited the Paper Converter through attainment of the World Bank endowment for economic growth through Zambian government. Conversely, Paper Converter as an United Kingdom based corporation gained majority of there turns from fax rolls up to 1989. Cash register roll was paper converter’s  leading product line.

  An organisation’s culture is its standard way of carrying out things within the organization (Hofstede 2009). It mostly relates to relationships and behaviour patterns.The values of acompany advance over time. An organisational culture is generated by thepersons that operate for the company (its managers and the personnel). What the company emblematise (its values) as well as the dreams, which  it pursues to convert it into practicality (its vision) are essential in generating a dynamic organisational culture.

The enthnicity of a company is strongly swayed by leading management panel (McDermott 2001).The culture established, is molded by their approaches, and the structures, and patterns of conduct, which they promote. In the situation of Paper converted the two directors; Barry Jones Alan and Dyson have quite diverse approach from from one another.
