Police-public relations: Perceptions of the police among university students in a western, International Journal of Criminology and Sociological Theory 3(2): 1916-2782.The article explores perceptions of the police among young adults. According to the article, crime victimization and police harassment influence the relationship between the police and society. In particular, there is a growing hatred of police among young adults, who view police as a cartel of exploiters, bullies, and extortionists.

These attitudes have a direct correlation with the level of education and social integration. The article is based on primary data and, therefore it will provide essential evidence required in research validation. The article explores the role of community policing in enhancing policy-public relations. The study claims that community policing improves public satisfaction in relation to duty performance. The study utilizes results from an online survey conducted on Western City residents to explore the impacts of racism, ethnicity, and corruption on police-public relations.  The article will provide me with the required background information for the final paper. Moreover, the article will provide me with the criteria for identifying the required variables.
