With reference to such contexts, employee motivation focuses on their behaviors and internal organizational factors. Behavioral factors often stress on the need for the workers to embrace some defined behaviors that assist in facilitating the realization of the institutional objectives. However, the internal drive relates to the satisfaction of the needs since satisfied workers often strive to enhance their performances. Therefore, organizations need to give motivation much attention as a method of knowing their employees and behaviors. In each institution, the staffs are unique and undertake their responsibilities based on their mental capacities. Employees are the greatest assets in every organization; therefore, their performance depends on the relationship with the management and strategies in place to ensure their satisfaction (Naile & Selesho, 2014). Additionally, understanding the behaviors of the humans within their workplaces has always been one of the most prioritized responsibilities within any organization. The primary reasons behind the motivation of the employees are due to the ever-changing needs of the customers and advancement in technology. To ensure that the business remains up to the standards and compete sustainably, business institutions need to acclimatize with such changes. Consequently, it has become a crucial factor in management to know what motivates their workers instead of emphasizing on increased productivity levels. Besides, the employees’ level of motivation determines the productivity of an institution. The environment in which the workers undertake their duties as a team should allow the express the opinions on the matters influencing their performances as such would ensure that they work towards a common goal. The Concept of Teamwork Teamwork is an important aspect of management that ensures the effective and efficient performance of the employees. Each person requires support and guidance from others to yield an effective decision. Whenever people come together on a single platform with an objective of accomplishing a particular task, then there is formation of a team. Ideally, it is important that team members come from a common background and have a particular goal of ensuring there is maximum capability. Besides, the members of the team have to complement one another and work closely in coordination as a single unit to deliver their best. Although teamwork is a word commonly thrown within the business world, its definition and concept tend to differ from business or person another. The difficulty of having a universal definition is because it has several facets including corporation, relationships, learning, and leadership. Teamwork within the workplace involves cooperation towards achieving the desired goal. Therefore, the workers have to contribute their fair share to the workload at hand for the accomplishment of the goal in a timely and satisfactory manner. The willingness of the employees to corporate depends on their ability to corporate effectively. It is impossible for teamwork to exist without the relationship component, even if the extent of such relationship is minimal. There is no team if ever person undertakes his/her duties separately from his/her work relationships. Moreover, teamwork goes beyond the achievement of the goals. The relationship within the teamwork might assist the workers to know each other better. Such rational learning might greatly contribute to the future cooperative endeavors the employees learn to understand how each of them contributes to the overall organizational processes of ensuring the achievement of the desired objectives. The Concept of Organizational Structure and Culture With the rising complexities of businesses, most business managements often have various departments undertaking defined roles. Such departments form the organizational with each differentiated by the nature of the duties undertaken. Viewed as the most leadership challenge, organizational culture poses dilemma due to presently less agreement on its concept, meaning, observation, and measuring techniques. Issues on its relationship with theories from traditional industrial and organizational psychology sectors are also not clear. Most of the research conducted on culture implicit paradigms that not only bias the meanings of key concepts, but also the entire approach to the study. According to the Forbes, the elements of organization culture when fit together makes it very difficult to address leadership changes. It is important to begin with leadership tool and then management tools and finally power tools. It is important to understand all observed diverse artifacts like the ability of the organization to endure very high degrees of conflict without destroying or demotivating its employees since the organization structure might not be the cause of poor performance. As a result, it easy to maintain the good management system within the organization and create a close and familiar environment that each employee fits. Not only are the workers enjoys within the organization, but the customers also enjoys the enthusiasm associated with such happiness. The company has a well-organized communication system for the employees that ensure that the grievances reach the top management. With such relationship, it is easy for the managers to plan the working hours for every employee and arrange the schedule of time offs depending on the needs of the organization. Additionally, the company conducts frequent interviews to establish the needs f the workers. The organizational policy allows the employees to figure out what is best for them while top management has to show respect for such suggestions. The aim of the company is to see every employee contribute to the achievement of the goals. As a result, the management ensures that all the policies and principles are communicated among the staffs with no limitation in the personal opinions of the employees. The organization all offers all the employees good welfare measures, appreciate their work, the sense of achievement, empower them, and give them the opportunity to advance. Analysis of Al Masood Automobiles Teamwork The company uses different approaches to ensuring that it keeps good relationship between the employees and management. Additionally, the automobile established an effective system of keeping the good relationship at all levels. As mentioned, the management and employees within the organization call themselves partners irrespective of the working level, which helps to the narrow the bureaucracy gaps as witnessed in most organization. The workers also co-work in the first line with an aim of eliminating the distances existing between the various statuses. Organizational activities also allow the employees to learn from each other through participating in the achievement of organizational goals. The organization treats the suggestions and complaints from the employees equally, which makes every employee feel part of the organizational management. As a result, it is easy to mobilize the workers and accord them responsibilities. In a similar manner, the organizational workers have equal right of participating in the process of reviewing organizational policies. With such regard, every staff member thinks that he/she plays a significant in operating the company and jointly works out the direction of Al Masood Automobiles. All these activities give the employees respect and sense of participating in the decision-making process. Both the managers and supervisors at the company cowork with their basic level staffs in the front line, which assists in creating the management systems close and familiar environment that the bureaucratic places. However, it faces several challenges in executing such mandate including increased needs and demands of the potential clients, the new entrants to the market, need for innovation, and regulations the undermine the automobile industry. As a result, Al Masood Automobiles focuses on the cultures that would guarantee creativity among the employees and make them think differently from the others to provide tailored solutions for meeting the needs of the potential clients. In addition, the institution has a strong value for respect, integrity, and commitment, which in the recent years contributed to the increased growth in the organizational capital base. The excellence and knowledge define the manner in which the company relates with the client and reflects the behaviors that the company expects from the employees. The organization structure at the company assisted in developing an innovative and entrepreneurial culture of the facilitating institutional success. Every organization is meant to meet the needs of the potential clients. The factors defining the structure of the organization are the purpose, size, complexity of the duties to be undertaken, the external environment, and the culture. Al Masood Automobiles uses hierarchical structure, which involves several layers with long chain command from the top to the bottom layer. Methods of Improving Motivation, Teamwork, and Organizational Structure The workers often undertake their responsibilities not to fulfill their desired basic needs but also to enhance their values, ensure their success, and meet their desires from such performances. Profit maximization is the principle characteristic of all business activities. As a result, company needs to formulate a myriad of strategies and policies that aim at enhancing productivity level. However, the centre of such profitability lies the capacity of the business to manage the available human resources effectively and efficiently. On the other hand, organizations often struggle to deal with the various challenges that attract and retaining the highly trained employees. Teamwork is essential for organizational success; however, there is need to ensure that the employees feel free whenever they are raising their issues. Although the company allows the workers to contribute the view in the management and decision-making processes, the company still needs to ensure that workers can forward their views even if there is no ongoing policy or problem to address. Within the institution, there is limitation of the roles played by the employees. Hence, there is the extent that the views of the workers are not integrated while deciding on important organizational processes that to some extent affect the employees. The hierarchical structure method only allows the management to make important decisions on behalf of the employees. The role of the workers is to contribute the opinions while the management decides on their behalf. These limitations might affect the performance of the employees. As a result, it is significant to encourage a bottom-up approach system of management that allows the employees to contribute their views and even participate in the decision-making. Implication of the Recommendations Motivation offers an opportunity to change the attitude and motive of the employees. Besides, the workers often show varying attitudes depending on the nature of the responsibility assigned to them within their workplace. Additionally, such attitudes might have a significant influence on the organizational survival. Such claims reflect that during tough economic times, the morale presented by the employees determines the organizational success or failure depending on whether the institution makes them feel as important resources or just organization assets. Teamwork cannot be underestimated in any work set up. The employees who stick together and work closely tend to effective and efficient while delegating their responsibilities. With such efficiencies, organization competitive advantage and performance in the market is bound to increase. In addition, if accorded adequate of influencing some of the organizational decisions, then it is likely that the decision-making processes might be slow but effective. Teamwork offers more than just the achievement of the organizational goals but also ensures that the employees themselves learn new skills and feel important to the organization. Besides, empowering the employees offer the best motivational approach. The top down approach in a management structure ensures that not only the active employees forward their views on matters regarding organizational decisions. It offers an opportunity for every employee to feel part of the management processes since they all have equal chances of contributing their opinions. Although there is need for the definition of the boundaries to ensure that the each person within the organization know his/her role within the company, too much restrictions and focus might as well affect the performance of the employees as it imparts fear among them. Conclusion Employees are important organizational assets. Besides, they are the determinants of organizational performance. Therefore, each company must, find the most appropriate methods of motivating the employees depending on their needs at hand. Motivation is not all about rewarding the employees with promotion and money but is also involves ensuring that there is a close relationship between the management and the workers. Employees are unique in their capacity, thus, the organization needs to treat them differently through allowing them forward their issues at hand personally or as team. Teamwork within the organization contributes to commitment and focus on the employees, which makes it appropriate for the company empower the existing teams. Teamwork enhances the level of cooperation and probability of learning new things from the others. However, organizational culture and structure might influence both motivation and teamwork. There is need to have cultures that not only guarantee the satisfaction of the potential clients but also the welfare of the employees.
