Incorporating coaching aspects in the essay is imperative in achieving outcomes and has to do with helping employees use skills associated with multiple intelligences. By focusing on multiple intelligence skills, the writer can address emotional requirements and motivators associated with flexibility and transformation that are paramount factors of coaching dynamics. It is justified that managers usually have several resources at their disposal and would not hesitate to engage in the coaching process.

The explanation given for this reason is explicit. An addition would be that managers mostly like involving themselves with profitable activities.
