Summary Amino acids and proteins are integral in maintaining the mood of a person and their mental health. Understanding the fact, that lack of a diverse diet can lead to problems regarding the mood of the person at that particular moment. People do not realize that it is appropriate to eat diverse foods; for not only the taste but also that, it offers an alley of important body requirements. When a diet is manipulated, the blood measures are also affected this thus leads to the need to eat several foods.

This is what brings about cravings and it is important for the person to take the required amino acids or proteins. Lack of Amino acids and proteins brings stress into the body and the person just feels idle followed by increased pulse rate where after carrying out a little exercise he or she feels already exhausted. There are cases when skin conductance alters (Markus & Olivier, 2000 ). There are times when the person may move to the sunlight and get very sensitive. The important proteins that normally align themselves on the inner side of the skin cause the sensitivity.

With regard to the mental condition of individuals, when a person does not take these proteins and amino acids, there is an increase of plasma in the body. This increase in plasma is the major reason why the brain serotonin changes. With these changes, the functioning of the brain changes directly. The person failing to concentrate on a particular issue characterizes this. Moreover, the individual may portray memory loss. ReferenceMarkus, R. & Olivier, Berend. (2000). The bovine protein a-lactalbumin increases the plasma ratio of tryptophan to the other large neutral amino acids, and in vulnerable subjects raises brain serotonin activity, reducescortisol concentration, and improves mood under stress: American Society for Clinical Nutrition.

De-oxy-ribonuclease enzyme

Moreover, the regulation of the production of such proteins as well as the processes involved in activation and deactivation of protein molecules have remained of great interests to cell biologists.... The order and number of the amino acids making up each protein depend on the role played by each protein.... Moreover, there is variation of protein structure across different species (Rigden, 2009).... The simplest level of protein structure is the primary structure defined by its linear sequence of all the amino acids making up a certain protein, listed in three letter word abbreviations....

Understanding the Biochemistry of BSE

A di-peptide will be hydrolysed to yield the individual amino acids that make up the di-peptide. There are four forces that stabilize protein structures namely; -… These forces occur between side chains of individual amino acids to facilitate a stable structure. Hydrophobic Interactions: These are weak interactions that occur when hydrophobic side chains of amino Amino acids involved include Alanine, Valine and Leucine (Branden & Tooze, 1999)....
