Additionally, December 31st will actually not be one of the busiest days in the business. There will be ample time of preparing the financial statements and other relevant information. There will be a higher level staff member performing the work hence making the work to be carefully reviewed. The company’s accountants will not have a lot of work because most of their clients’ have their fiscal year end on June 31st. Also, the inventory levels will be at their lowest point hence making it easier to count the inventory.

This may also imply that there will be a lower taxable income hence leading to deferment of tax. Furthermore, the fiscal year end will help in tax planning especially when there will be management bonus which is tax deductible. Also, the accounting date will be useful in paying the tax liability because at that time, the company will have collected enough revenue to settle their tax liability. Being a company, December 31st provides an ample time to prepare tax returns and other financial statements.

Additionally, the fiscal year-end will help in determining the performance of the business because it shall have had a better measure on how it performs in the natural business cycle. In most cases, while one is in need of locating any business project, the main important factor to consider is location. Location of a business may contribute to its failure and success, most especially to small business owners. Choosing the right location for a business is one of the most challenging and confusing decisions entrepreneurs need to make.

Business firm should be strategically positioned to enable quick and free access of the customers. The location of the business has enough packing space that helps in easy flow of the customers.
