The benefit of streamlining dish network’s hiring process vis-a-vis its corresponding cost proves to be advantageous to the company to more than justify its implementation. With the streamlining of the hiring process, the unnecessary steps in the hiring process are removed in addition to the easing of the transfer of information that will be used for the interview session.Completing the hiring process in one day saves time both for the applicant and the company. Part of the streamlining process is the untangling of data entry for the applicants’ information.

It meant completing the applicant’s information first before entering it into the database to avoid the extra work of getting missing information which requires extra transit for the completion of paperwork.
