It ids in the identification of the relativity of importance of all the assets and the urgency of attendance of each asset with regard to its condition. It helps in identification of the assets that require immediate concern on account of their condition and relevancy to the building structure or plant (Stanford, Herbert 97). Lift Resources required for performance of appropriate maintenance The process of appropriate maintenance of the building asset would, among other things, require resources to facilitate its execution.
