The performance of the rigs in terms of pressure losses around the system is carried out through a series of studies and their evaluations which are leading to the synthesis of an effective system with the use of instrumentation throughout the process. These practices will lead to the development of numerical data with series of pressure changes which will be helpful in future studies for the achievement of maximum benefits with the utilization of optimum resources both human and financial supplemented with the related scientific knowledge on the subject.

During the execution of the project, a variety of tests were conducted with different airflow rates that ranged from the maximum to the minimum(1).The interaction between the guide vans and the impeller blade is one of the major cause of the vibration in the pump turbines (B. Nennemann, T. Vu, M. Farhat,2005) or that of the blade cracking with the interactions as considered in combination with the invalid flow potential and that of the viscous flow interactions between different parts of the interacting instruments.

As far as the potential effect on the performance of the rigs is concerned, the flow in the distributor channels is periodically noticed by the rotating impeller blades during the working of the overall system which is one of the main sources of the pressure fluctuation extending in a backward direction up to the spiral casing of the complete structure. A complete solution for the unsteady potential flow has been developed by J.P. Giesing in 1968 in the Nonlinear Two-Dimensional Unsteady Potential Flow cases.

The conceptual separation between viscous effects and the potential differences has limitations that modern computational flow dynamics can lower by enabling an unsteady flow of rotor-stator stimulations in their normal functioning. The project is executed with the help of a dedicated project team for the implementation of the project on a timely basis. the project team is consisting of a project manager, a machinist, two technicians, and an executive and all the team members are delivering their respective assignments as per the project needs in a coherent and coordinated mechanism.
