The project is executed for the achievement of the aims and objectives as are associated with the execution of the project on a successful basis. These aims and objectives are as under: a). to manufacture the devices for the transfer of heat from, the system to the surroundings, b). to study the heat transfer mechanism and the role of laws of thermodynamics and laws of conservation of energy, c). to understand the functions of the external factors like temperature and pressure in relation to heat exchange through the heat exchangers and finally, d).

to explore different types of heat exchange. Project management: The project is executed through the project management team consisting of the project manager, researchers, and technical personals for the implementation of the project on a successful basis. All the team members are working in a coordinated and systematic pattern so as to achieve the objectives of the project within the given time period. The project is chiefly consisting of the introduction with an analysis of the different controlling mechanisms which are helpful in the selection and utilization for the construction of effective heat exchangers, submission of an interim report of the project with the broader outline as the set of activities and timelines for the execution of all these activities with a definite duration for each activity in the project.

The literature survey on the subject of designing and manufacturing of the heat exchangers will provide a theoretical background and existing knowledge relating to the subject and essential guidelines for the implementation of the overall project, the analysis and test of the Rigs as are being involved in the overall mechanism with the utilization of relevant data and the submission of the final report of the project (2). The project is consisting of the duration of a total of three months starting from February 2009 and will end in the month of April 2009.
