It is a business that carries out its activities as an automaker. It was established in the year 1956 by the name Saddlery business, but later on it joint force with the U.S company (partnership), hence changing its name to general motors’ Situated in United states of America in the year 1931.Holden company has taken control over the operation of the motors company in Australia, however, it has its subsidiary company in South Australia. Over a number of years, General Holden limited has offered a wide variety of both international and locally manufactured vehicles, incremented by imported models. For instance , general motors’ offers variety of models ,such as Chevrolet, Suzuki, Vauxhall motors, Nissan and badge engineered, in conjunction with Opel And Isuzu. These automobile are manufactured in Elizabeth state, South Australia whereas engines are generated and produced at Port Melbourne (Jordan1985).
