The time Hart unfairly passes Violet over for a work promotion; she sinks her sorrowful thoughts at a local bar with Doralee and Judy, who regales the others with stories of Hart's epic advances. This clearly portrays the stress various women go through at workplace. More specifically is the scenarios that male bosses take advantage to seduce their women employees. The film is a sobering reminder of how many women have been treated at companies by their bosses. A recurring theme is the male bosses using work status as leverage to coerce or demand sexual favors from female workers at their corporations. More often than not in the societal setting, these women often have no or little idea about various sexual harassment laws and lack where to turn. These can cause stress to the woman at workplaces. Couple with the pressure at work, it becomes extremely difficult at cope at work. This may result in the change of behavior and psychological alteration. Stress at work, as highlighted from the film, reduces productivity at the workplace. The aim of any business is to increase their profit base, but stress among workers, for instance, means this objective may be unattainable. This is because a stressed employee is demotivated to work.
