Additionally, it will offer an environment of tranquil for the interns to interact and even listen to their favorite music as they rest thereby breaking a monotony of the busy workdays. Additionally, the computer center will have a connection with the normal workstation a feature that will ensure that the interns complete their daily assignments in a relaxed environment where they enjoy access to their specific computers that will serve as an extension of the workstations that they often share with the other employees. This implies that the computer center will serve as a vital resource for the company in helping reduce the pressure on some of the basic resources used on a daily basis at the company.
The need to create a computer center for the interns is an ideal idea that will make the work environment endear to the interns. As explained earlier, interns are students who require a perfect environment to interact, consult their books, and even meet privately with their supervisors. The computer center will create such an environment for the interns. They will enjoy the tranquility to write their internship reports and complete other assignments. Furthermore, the center will enable the interns to meet and share their experiences on a daily basis thereby help the management obtain information on the basic factors that affect the productivity of the interns at the company.
Transforming an office space into a modern-day computer center capable of sitting fifteen interns requires basic purchases. The $50,000 donation is adequate in doing this.
