Firstly, they have defined control system as a very complicated and interconnect system that is characterized by varieties of faults. In addition, they have gone further to claim that each of these faults participates in the total collapse of the system unless ratified automatically.
The authors have made an effort of identifying the location of these faults by undertaking the relay operation analysis. In doing this, they took an advantage of the wavelet transforms to visualize the fault that assisted them in identifying both the locations, as well as the fault type. However, they noted the main challenge that they encountered during their research work. That problem relied on the fact that wavelets in most cases focus the information in the frequency-time plane. Consequently, varieties of signals are always received in such planes that reduce the efficiency of the localization of the faults. In addition, they made comparisons between the wavelet transform (WT), and the spikes transients’ conventional time-frequency transform (STFT). They pointed out that though wavelet transform faces the challenge of multiple signals, they are more convenient as far as identification of the fault is concerned that the (STFT). In this case, they concluded by saying that WT provides a better-compromised localization than the other available approaches such as (STFT).
In this research work of thermal analysis, the authors made comparisons and analysis of varieties of duct cross-sections. To achieve this, they used software known as Altair hyper work to assist them in computation. ...Download file to see next pagesRead More

...?Engineering Design Key words: Axiomatic design theory, Complexity, Complexity theory, Functional Requirements, needs, Independence Axiom and the Information Axiom The core and essential point evident in the literature regards systems’ “complexity”, which characterizes both the engineered and manufactured equipments. Its essence entails systems providing Customer Needs (CNs) or societal requirements with heightened efficiency and within the determined ranges. “Complexity” especially in reference to technical systems, implies numerous and intricate interconnected components aligned to fulfill certain roles besides having certain relationships or dependencies in their midst. Systems’ increasing “complexity” especially in the today’s... ...

Engineering design the hollow steel pipe. The fabrication of hollow steel pipe is very easy and depends on the simple principle of extrusion. The components like the engine can be bolted on the main frame of the bicycle, for this, holes will have to be drilled on the frame. The various pipe needed for fabricating the frame can be designed with the help of extrusion separately according to the length and diameter of each of the pipe segment. The various pipe segments will be joined with the help of welding (DeGarmo, Black and Kohser). 13. Drawings 14. CAD Drawings Works Cited Musharavati, Farayi. Engineering - Sustainability and Innovation project. These range from industrialist flouting all norms in getting environmental permits, building contractors using substandard materials in construction to farmers getting inadequate compensation for letting go off their land. Protests in such areas have been muffled with the connivance of the state administration and the business conglomerates. Other areas of social impact relate to the management not recognising the rights of the workers and making them work in areas exposed to lot of health risks. Innovation in sustainable engineering design (Electrical and electronic engineering) pursue a career in Engineering for sure. During my studies at University I came across many other interesting projects/modules such as Innovation in sustainable engineering design in which I had to come up with a solution/idea/theory to solve a technical problem to achieve a sustainable future and the solution/idea/theory I thought of is Eco House. I was amazed by this solution/idea/theory and carried out further reading and done research in depth. The reason why the solution/idea/theory “Eco House” attracts me is because I think it has many aspects that need to be considered before your plan goes into action. Such as finding the suitable environment to place the eco...

...System engineering System engineering What might SE have done to increase the likelihood of a different (better) outcome than the one presented in the article? The system engineers would have got a different or better outcome if they had used a different approach than the one they applied. They should have redesigned the ships at different times and built them differently to achieve better results. This is because each needed more time and concentration. They should not have abandoned the normal shipbuilding sequence steps. When normal sequence steps are followed, better results are experienced. The system...
