Well, that’s an easy one. Working relationships are formed between colleagues, between boss and an employee, between teacher and student and so on.They are always defined and controlled by different rules, protocols, policies and procedures.
While personal relationships are rather chaotic, irregular and irrational. There are no contracts or policies for those relationships. They are usually based on personal emotional attitude towards each other. It doesn’t mean that personal relationships are impossible to occur at a workplace. But working relationship won’t emerge without a working place. U think this research should be found somewhere in psychology, sociology and law sections. I’ve found only how to establish good working relations.
