Instead of indulging in crime, members of the society need to focus on things that turn their lives to the better or more to say improves their lives. Such activities are always referred to as life chances and may include basic education, craftsmanship and local businesses. Intellectual capability is also vital in the society as it improves the society beyond the socio-economic well-being. On a broad scope, there are various societal facts and myths in the world today. Different communities have different reasoning and myths about the death penalty. In as much as people argue that it is too unjust, in some scenarios, the death penalty has to be applied. The moral entrepreneur is also highlighted under the death penalty especially due to the fact that it influences the norms of the society.
Various communities believe that a death penalty is beneficial in that it helps to reduce the level of crime rates not only in the society but the globe as well. Some capital crimes such as murder robbery with violence need to be treated with the strictness they deserve. The society does not condone such crimes. Hence, it is prudent that people indulging in capital crime also earn themselves capitals sentences.
There are various myths in the society that talks about the death penalty. These societal myths include the fact that the death penalty prevents crime rate and makes the society safer. Clearly, this is only but a myth. The safety of the society depends on the individuals themselves. It is even stated that in the life of an individual, use of force only makes him or her resistant.
