The changing nature of human services is currently changing the manner in which social workers define different problems such as family and domestic violence, homelessness, relationship breakdown and bereavement among other problems. The social services now base on the nature of the problems and the contributing factors to the problem and how help to achieve success. This new proactive front assists a lot in the determination to help those who have problems and need support. The proactive approach in human services that is evidence based has preliminary help to those having different problems in the society (Neukrug, 2013).
The hands-on approach is important as it works on processing flexible ground to work with the clients and establish a stable routine and direct support on practical tasks that the clients have and modeling the appropriate behavior for the clients (Neukrug, 2013). The previous approach did not go deep enough to identify the problem based on evidence at the conclusion of the problems. The social workers now have an in-depth in the problem definition of the problems the clients have and how to undergo with the assistance provision to the problem.
There are many problems that clients of social work undergo. Some of these snags are undeviating, and some develop on complexities. It is authoritative for the social worker to classify the nature of these problems and how to assist the client. The client might indeed lack services, missing services or insufficient resources. For most clients, divorce is a common problem which with the assistance of a social worker the client recovers.
Education has also been a problem, especially for most clients. Standard education achievement is not simple the problem develops mostly for those who live in the streets and service provision homes.
