In the article "The Family Antecedents and the Subsequent Outcomes of Early Puberty," the authors have used the longitudinal study whereby a survey was designed to collect the required data.Major findings of the study:Article 1: The study revealed that Although the results of this study were not conclusive it did help in revealing that estradiol may be one of the key contributors in moderating the genetic influences on disordered eating attitudes and behaviors of individuals during puberty.Article 2: This study revealed that there were no significant differences between genders on disordered eating thus indicating that the results were more or less consistent across both the genders.Article 3: This study revealed that puberty suppression can be used as a useful tool in diagnosis as well as treatment of gender dysphoric adolescents. There were no significant physical or psychological changes observed with regard to pubertal suppression.Article 4: The key findings of the study indicated that the socioeconomic status of the family significantly affects puberty whereby girls belonging to poor socioeconomic backgrounds were more likely to experience early puberty.
