The field is large and covers a lot of critical aspect of the society and that is why it still has a long way to go before the study of criminology and its impact on the society is perfect in nature. In our study we would look at few of the issues that are being faced in the field of criminology and suggest few ways on how and what ways can be adopted to ensure that these are rectified.
The American Criminal Justice system has few of very important players which include the law enforcement bodies are the first interaction with the crime and the police are the direct people who help the society to reduce crime and to investigate them. These also include the court systems, which consist of judges and lawyers who will fight for and against the convicted victims. The forces have combined over the years and have gathered their law and punishment related to different crimes from the Roman Republic and Medieval England. The system is new to the society and one of the reasons that have given much rise to prison is the relation between freedom and the crimes. Initially it was easy to disintegrate criminal from the society by executing them but now both the parties co-exist in the same vicinity.
Going forward in looking at the American Criminal Justice system two point of view have been focused regarding the status quo system, one of them belong to degrading black community of the society which have filled the prison system in America. United State is considered as one of the freest nations of the world, the citizens are free to voice and talk, at the same time they are free to do actions and they are responsible for it. It has been noted by the results of crime rate and the freedom that is given to the citizen, which the crime rate has decreased at a considerable level if people are given the respect that they deserve.
