I have referred a number of clients from women refuge to other agencies, who received specialized care in line with their need.
I advised my clients on how to access benefits and services and seek help from other agencies in a timely manner because I knew that any minute would make a change in their lives. Client DD1 was rehoused by the council because her perpetrator was due for release (Alexander, 2002).

During one of the meetings , client V1was very subdued because the perpetrator had attended ,however, he stated that he would not be a threat to the daughter unless under substance influence (Hestia Women’s Refuge ,2012).
To ensure that we had updated information, all the records were electronically stored .For backup purposes; Hestia Women Refuge had files for individual clients. The filing system was well managed and safely secured. I remember, going through the information I had taken about Client CC1 just to ensure that everything was recorded rightly.
While purchasing all the services and goods that were required at the Hestia Women Refuge centre, I made sure that I adhered to the commission’s policies. I was accountable of all the resources under my custody and this ensured that all the resources within the women Refuge centre were well utilized
