Early sociologist Marx has divided the society on the basis of means of productions. In this stratification class is an economical factor while status and politics are non economical factors. Social class represents the relationship in the market. It includes the relationship between employer and employee, renter and owner and others. It is also stated that the power of higher class is economically driven. The researcher then focuses on the three components theory of stratification based on class, status and party or politics rule makers generally come from the power class. It can be either the economical power or non economical power in the class theory. By Legal system these appear to protect the rights of each group within a market place, but usually it happens that the stronger section of the society uses the legal and governing system as a tool to maximize their interest and profits. The researcher states that the weaker sections in the society usually do not know about their rights. Even if they know they lack in the strength to come together to resist their exploitation. When they are able to do so the market place gets polarized and new rules and regulations come into the framework which continues till the next resistance of powers.
