Time operational change would ensure prompt production and improvement in performance of the company. Consequently, reducing period of sourcing raw materials and production process would effectively help Obersports to meet its market demands.
Obermeyer should conduct market research and establish stronger business links with its retailers. Apparently, sale of Obermeyer products remains seasonal with its peak on December and January. Operational change that would ensure timely delivery of products in large quantities to trusted retailers would improve sales. Obermeyer should give its established retailers goods on credit to ensure timely delivery to the market.
Obermeyer should conduct publicity campaigns to accelerate the popularity of its produce among retailers and customers.
