The nursing roles in interdisciplinary patient care are important improving the welfare of the patients and the success of the organization. This means that the roles of the nurses continue increasing to meet the increasing demands required for a general quality improvement. These committees include the Executive nursing Committee, which is responsible for overall patient treatment, patient excellence committee that ensures that the patients are comfortable in their beds, wards and any other place in the hospital, the medication committee ensuring that all medication offered is safe to the patients.
