Smoking results to complications such as cancer and other complications of the respiratory system (Bauld, 2013). The model stipulates that each individual has priority related behavior and unique personal factors that impact on subsequent actions for example actions resulting to smoking versus smoking cessation. Behavior specific cognition and affects entails influences which are either situational or interpersonal, perceptions which involves self efficacy, barrier to actions and benefits to actions (Blacconiere & Oleckno, 2012).. Activity related affects may have significant implication toward motivation targeting behavior change.
