They should be recognized, in a positive manner, for their contributions no matter how big or mall these contributions may be.
Students will feel accepted and comfortable at all times within the confines of my classroom. Differences, include, and respect all students be they gifted or categorically disabled. I will stress and enforce the importance of this acceptance and inclusion to all of my students. I will expect that these students will then, in turn, demonstrate theses actions to their peers.
The classroom is a place for growing and learning and this place and this should be filled with respect, comfort, and understanding at all times. This will ensure that each student is provided with the best learning environment they could possible have. I will understand that students work in different modes and levels, learn at different interests, come from different backgrounds, and possess different abilities.
I will stress group work with individual attention. I believe that it is important to work together, learn about your peers, and learn from your peers. When addressing my students or preparing lesson plans I will always take into consideration the diversities within my classroom. I will be sure to include every student. No student will be left behind, struggling to comprehend or act on what I have said. I will be sure to include many formats, choices, aids, manipulations, and technologies within my classroom to ensure that learning is accessed by all of the students. I will provide viable options and accommodations to address the many unique ways of learning and understanding. On a very rapid note, the importance of education makes the concept a more inevitable concept that one cannot choose to be exempted from. It is for this need that there continues to be more and state level policies that seek to make education compulsory and universal.

As per the book title is given (Teaching students with special needs in inclusive setting) it is clear that the authors of this book have made their point clear about teaching students irrespective of whether a student is physically handicap.
There have been studies proving the social and academic benefits of the inclusive classroom despite teachers' reservations about the implementation of an inclusion program including the lack of teacher training, unwillingness to adapt curriculum, and unwillingness to collaborate with other teachers.
A few methods for inclusive education, discussed in this paper, have had dramatic results with both the autistic children in the classroom and the people with whom they interact with. These children have been able to learn more readily and teachers have found that many of the disruptions an autistic child can cause are more easily resolved.
Inclusive schooling intends to ensure that there is equal access to the various educational programs by all the students and also regular classroom setting. It is through inclusive schooling that students are in a position to get educational programs which are offered in their regular classroom setting hence increasing their potentials to succeed in education.
Teaching is not as easy as it is usually considered to be. Teachers are responsible for not only the education of their students but also their all-round development just like the parents. In fact, the pressure on the teachers is more because they are being paid for the job, unlike parents.
In this paper, it is investigated the relationship between social and educational inclusion, or the inclusion of the disabled and disadvantaged people in the educational process which will also focus on the inclusion of the boys from ethnic communities. The inclusion of the disabled children in education process is prime concern of every community.
