I would have to allow Donald’s medical expert to make the call. This seems like the only fair and ethical decision that could possibly be reached in this particular case. Any other scenarios just do not seem right. It reminds me of social security and long-term disability claims throughout the country that are picky and use their own physicians to make determinations, even though they are, for the most part, not as qualified as medical experts that are not biased to make those decisions.
