Australia is trying to minimize the carbon emissions so that it can control the climate changes. The reduction target laid down by Australia is quite possible to achieve in ten years given the budget allocated to the new plans. The basic plan of cutting down the carbon emissions arose when Australia witnessed many droughts and spontaneous weather changes. The decision of cutting down the carbon emissions is quite right but according to some experts the cut in emissions is quite less in comparison to the alarming rates laid down by different environmental agencies. In my view the decision taken by Australia is quite right even though it is not cutting the emissions by a great percentage because if this decision is not taken then the rate of emission would only increase rather than decrease. The approach that Australia has adopted is a realistic one as cutting down the emission by 15% is possible. They have proposed new legislative measures which would hold the industries accountable for the carbon emissions and have even levied taxes on the sources which are emitting such gases (Australian Government Department of Climate Change 2008;CSIRO 2010; BBC News 2008).
Australia has realized the grave danger that the carbon emissions put the state into and have taken a stand on it. By taking an action on reducing these emissions they have urged other developed and undeveloped countries to do the same and make the earth a better to live. If other states do not follow the same schemes put forward by Australia then these spontaneous climate changes would go on with great disasters (BBC News 2008; McCaffrey 2006).
Climate change all over the world is alarming not only to the developed countries but also to the undeveloped countries. Bangladesh is one of the examples of undeveloped countries which has realized the potential of emissions and has taken a stand on it. They have proposed

The study explores some of the consequences of the inattention of the climate change literature, and especially the mainstream U.S.-based legal scholarship on climate change. Then it outlines some of the normative advantages of city-inclusive governance in the context of climate change regulation and some possible solutions to address the concerns addressed before.
The result of global warming in animals and on agriculture and the effect on human inhabitants is indeed frightening. The earth is already on warming periods even before human predominance. Based on studies, from 1000 AD until 1850 AD, the rising of earth temperature is caused by the changes in activities on the sun and some volcanic eruptions.
Although it is a devastating dilemma, we are not left hopeless. Climate change urges rapid modifications on how we run our systems by altering our individual lifestyles, establishing legislation as the nation’s aid, and participation of other countries in this endeavor.
Climate change can be due to: Natural variability – warming or cooling due to sun spot activity, solar radiation Human activity – burning of fossil gases into the atmosphere, causing enhanced greenhouse effect However, there is much debate about what causes climate change, and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change refers to a change of climate that is attributed directly or indirectly to human activity that alters the global atmosphere.
Changing temperatures and unpredictable swings in the jet stream continue to alter the distribution and predictability of precipitation throughout the country, all caused by climate changes. Though the root cause of climate change is not fully understood, the long-term impact on ecosystems throughout the United States is an altered environment in which humans, animals and infrastructures have grown dependent upon.
Climate change has become a global phenomenon that requires all nations to take initiatives to mitigate its devastating effects, human activities like the use of energy that is by far the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions, form the bulk of what causes the climate change in the current world.
Significantly, climate change predictions give man knowledge of the future; and these predictions cannot compared to magic, neither are they opinions or speculations.(Ricky, 2008, 1) Climate predictions are based on investigation in the field of science i.e.
The Arctic has been found to be the most vulnerable region to climate change. On the current trajectory, this region is already experiencing some of the most severe and rapid climate changes on the globe. However, effects of climate change in the Arctic have also brought in their wake prospects of oil, gas and mineral discoveries.
ions that have contributed to climate change and as such have committed to address the issue and assist developing countries in reducing their admissions. There are many negative consequences as a result of climate change and here rising sea levels will be discussed.
National Aeronautics and Space Administration poses a crucial question regarding the evidence of climate change whose answers aid in understanding the noticeable changes around the world.
The question has been addressed both in qualitative and
