These problems effect to the productivity of construction industry. There are several problems caused by the manpower, quality of productivity and time. There is a lack of trained manpower. In Malaysia many contractors do not have good skills in engineering construction. More ever there is a problem of good management. So as a result mostly constriction projects in Malaysia do not follow the proper timetable. There is a lack of trained manpower in Malaysia so information technology has a great significance in making lives simpler and easier. So Malaysians industry should use Information technology as a weapon against all these problems. Having a good technical skill in construction can produce remarkable results in the output.
At the end in the forms of table, it shows that the out after the implementation of information technology in the domain of construction on Malaysia enhanced rapidly and in the future the out put of these construction projects would be much better as compared to today.
In the 1980s, the relationship among information technology and the productivity became a source of debate. The amazing improvements in the underlying capabilities of computers proved that now it is nearly impossible to estimate their effectiveness in order to increase productivity in any field.
Recent research in the field of information technology is indeed more encouraging. There are several researchers who documented positive effects of information technology in the construction industry as well.
Information technology is a key component that plays an important role in order to minimize cost overrun Cost overrun is the common term that can be seen in the in projects of infrastructure, and building. It has been estimated that average cost overrun was 43 percent; nearly 71 percent of projects were over budget, over time, and under scope. So it is very necessary to involve information technology to handle

Despite the limitations, a number of new technologies are being developed for health care administration (Minard). Some are borrowed from other industries, while specific technologies that are relatively unique to health care are also becoming available (Valentino, Mazziotta, and Huang, 2004).
In this report I will access the contemporary problems regarding construction industry and then access the implementation of the ICT based practice within the construction industry. The basic aim behind this research is to discover the potential improvements in the construction industry through the integration of ICT techniques.
In addition, the online portal requires some physical space to house its servers and networking elements as well. These days we are in the midst of a recession and financial crisis around the globe. Incidentally this crisis is here because of the housing related mortgage crisis as well.
Information Technology (IT) has become important in the industry, not simply to add gadgets to vehicles (like GPS or On Star), but also to help streamline manufacturing processes, inventories, payroll, or accounting practices. This paper will examine ways that the automobile industry is attempting to enter the age of expanded information technology.
Without such systems, recording and processing business transactions would consume huge amounts of an organization's resources. This collection of processed transactions also forms a storehouse of data invaluable to decision making. The ultimate goal is to satisfy customers and provide a competitive advantage by reducing costs and improving service." (Stair & Reynolds, 2008, p.
To omit these ambiguities from mind, a detail research will be held on Information Technology and its different projects. Reasons for the project failures and their sufficient deeds for its avoidance are kept in focus while discussions and consultations with project managers and other resources likes books and Internet.
At the end of the research we would evaluate that whether IT has improvised the banking sector and helped it to prosper or is the cause of major threats that the banking sector is working to reduce.
