Transfer of Training and Evaluation. Christina Serratos DeVry Pre-Test. The pretest is important in determining the challenges that employees face as they seek to act ethically in performing their day-to-day multinational corporation duties. Upon completing the program, the pretest will act as a guide to curb and reduce ethical challenges that the employees face. Employees will not be graded, nor is it important to identify themselves during submission of the completed test form. The employees are therefore requested to fill the form without any fear of contradiction whatsoever.
