Yet some see these rocks and cliff edges as another challenge they need to conquer. But there are those who speak of beyond just knowledge and conquest. Such works by Petrarch have made him to be considered as the father of renaissance and one of the earliest humanists (Clarion Journey par 1-2).
Being someone that toured Europe for fun, even earning the name “the First Tourist”, he set to climb Mount Ventoux. ...Dear Mr. Orwell, After reading your essay 'Shooting an Elephant,' I decided I must write you, to respond from my perspective as an Antiguan woman. Perhaps these generic black letters on white paper is the only way two people as different as we are can communicate, for I cannot but think I would still be another native in the crowd in person. How did you feel such animosity towards the people of Moulmein The reason they could not riot against the English military was because you made sure they had no firearms. That is a definite plus in this class: you really get a sense of where your classmates come from and what sort of values and principles they have. In a lot of classes at school you never really get to know the...

...Abdullah Alkhaldi Essay As I started pursuing my topic, I considered it a public concern and a contemporary issue, leadingto a developed interest. I however had little background information on the topic. All I had was a general knowledge without even a single supportive proof for my ideas. I therefore lost confidence and my writing got weaker because I did not have much to talk about on the topic. With my peer’s feedback however, I developed a wider perspective into new ideas. Thoughts began rushing through my mind as I regained my confidence and I even incorporated my peer’s opinions in my topic and writing. They therefore helped me, in as much as my revision paper did, to brainstorm and develop a better understanding on how... Alkhaldi...
