1. Short Introduction
This laboratory test aims to examine which among the three (3) types of food (i.e. break, milk, and potato) contains glucose, protein, starch, and fat. For the digestive enzyme experiment, the test will seek to determine the optimum temperature in which the enzymes will work best in the human body (i.e. 5oC, 20oC, 40oC, and 60oC). Using charts and tables, this report will record and critically analyze the laboratory test results.
