First Degree Murder Defenses
The case, State v. Kim Johnson, argues about a 1st degree murder, against Kim Johnson considering her as a suspect in the killing of Michael Thomas. Kim Johnson has pledged of not being guilty and has claimed for affirmative self –defense along with defense of other suspects in the case. During the trail at the court, evidences were revealed, for and against the suspect of murderer, i.e. Kim Johnson, who is the defendant in this case (Thomson Routers, 2014).
